Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods

ChinaTrain may accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability depends on your device, country, currency, and payment provider.

Payment security

Payments are transmitted through secure payment providers. Your bank may require 3-D Secure authentication, such as a one-time code or approval in its mobile application. ChinaTrain does not ask you to send full card details by email or chat.

Currencies and bank charges

The checkout page shows the transaction currency and total before payment. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange conversion, cross-border, or other charges that are outside ChinaTrain's control.

Failed or pending payments

If authentication fails, confirm that online and international payments are enabled, check the billing information, or try another method. A pending bank authorization does not by itself confirm a train booking. Your booking is confirmed only when ChinaTrain sends an order or ticket confirmation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. See the Refund and Change Policy for ticket eligibility and deductions.

Support

If payment was charged but no order appears, contact [email protected] and provide the payment time, amount, currency, and the last four digits of the payment card only.
