1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of chinatrain.net and ChinaTrain's train-ticket booking and support services. The website is operated by WISE UP LIMITED. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the conditions shown during checkout.

2. Booking service

ChinaTrain provides ticket search, booking assistance, payment processing, ticket fulfilment, and customer support. ChinaTrain is not the railway carrier. Train operation, schedules, onboard services, station access, and carriage are controlled by the relevant railway operator and applicable rules.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate passenger names, passport or identity-document details, travel dates, stations, train numbers, contact information, and other required information. You must check the final order details before payment and follow the ticket and boarding instructions in the confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

The total shown at checkout may include the ticket fare, booking or service fees, payment costs, and optional products. Currency conversion or bank charges imposed by your provider are separate. A payment authorization does not guarantee ticket availability.

5. Ticket fulfilment

A booking is confirmed only after ChinaTrain confirms successful ticket issuance. Inventory and fares may change before issuance. If the requested ticket cannot be issued, ChinaTrain may offer an alternative or refund the applicable payment.

6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Eligibility and deductions depend on the ticket, operator rules, order status, and departure time. The Refund and Change Policy and the conditions displayed for the order form part of these terms.

7. Service interruptions

Schedules and services may be affected by operator decisions, weather, safety controls, system outages, government measures, or other events outside ChinaTrain's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, or copy protected content beyond uses permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Information required for ticket fulfilment may be shared with railway, ticketing, payment, fraud-prevention, technology, and customer-support providers.
